I never expect to abuse it. But Remis past includes being a merc for a while. The leader of his merc troop was Tashana. And the two have a bit of morbid respect for one another.
So in a pinch, if Remi needs to raise an army, if he can swing it, he might just need to ask nicely. Maybe. Who knows.
