Description
**T-shirts of this image are available here: [link] **India ink on clayboard.
This piece was inspired by the fantastic stylized art of many Northwest Coast tribes of native americans; in particular the Haida and the Tlingit.
There is a lot of symbolism in this piece, mostly delving into the nature and mythology that links the wolf and the crow as kin, and their connection to the coast, the ocean, and its natural 'currents', both physical and spiritual.

It's goregous! I can definately see the Tlingit influence! It reminds me of the pair of Ravens that live down the block from me. I can hear them calling for hours in the evening... and they follow me on the stream paths.
