Like =soltian , I was going to suggest adding a bit of luminosity to his hair. On second thought, I really like the effect of the flat black hair along with the flat black of his shirt. It's understated, stylish, and very elegant. I will, however, go with Soltian's suggestion to add some highlights to the glasses. Whether it be on the metal or just a bright right along the top rim of the more visible lens, something like that will indicate for certain that there's glass within the frames.
This looks great, though. I typically don't like guys of this type, but I'm really drawn to this picture.
