Code Geass - Passing the Bomb[Episode- R2 18]
I just finished this picture a few minutes ago and I wanted to post it before I went to bed.
This is one of those times that I had the idea of for this picture before I even saw the episode. I just wait to watch to see how things turn out. If I hadn't waited I wouldn't of realized that the Lancelot got so torn up.
I actually have three ideas for this episode. Odd, huh? My goal is to make one 4koma a week. Still, I like those other ideas so much I will have to do them at some point. I've made notes and I should be able to get to them some time after the season is over. I just hope the ending doesn't suck so I would lose my mood. I just hate it when animes that those Non-Endings. If you are going to end a series, then END it.
Now this 4koma might get me some complaints, but I don't care. It's a joke people.
You'd be surprised how complicated this one was to make. Lot of layer work.
I had never really drawn mechs so much. Made it even harder that had to find pictures of all the KMFs(Knightmare Frames). I kept having to go from my computer screen to my drawing desk. I have a great admiration now for the animators to make those mech fights. It's really different from drawing organic people.
I almost didn't add the Guren in this picture, but I had to. The composition is a little crowded. It was just soooo cool. I also got to give her the punchline in there. Sure a lot of Suzaku haters will love it, and Suzaku lovers will give me crap.

This coming Saturday's episode should be pretty good, but I'm looking forward to episode twenty-one even more. Any way, it's nice to for Kallen to finally be back in the fight, but will she stay with Lelouch?? Will she be able to help him through his loss.

Took me a while to get this one. Lelouch used Geass on Suzaku to live. And Suzaku blames Lelouch for this. Ah.

Only a fool thinks a bomb exists only as a threat. A threat means nothing unless you are intent on backing it up one day if you are called on it.

No, it wasn't a question, it was a real life example. Meant to be rhetorical. They never attacked each other BECAUSE they knew/were afraid that the other side would use nukes, which is basically what FLEIJA is.

Well, if your enemy doesn't know what it can do, it doesn't work as a threat anyway.

That's why it's pointless to only have a bomb as a threat. They need to be seen. This is a world that never saw a nuclear bomb. I'm not surprised Lelouch wouldn't believe Suzaku's claim. It seems too fantastical.

I saw episode 19, and I think it would be a good chance to make a Death Note Kira reference... but maybe that just me. (Suzaku has now joined the ranks of the insane people. Like Nina.)

Haha, well, I thought it was funny (and I like Suzaku, too, which seems to be rare around these parts but didn't stop me from liking the joke). The art was really impressive, too; those KMFs must have been a pain to draw.
Actually, I've read all of your 4komas to date and love them. I usually go looking for them midweek, when I'm going through Code Geass withdrawal, and they always pick me up. Thanks for your awesome contributions!
Can't wait to see what happens next in the series. I've really enjoyed these last two episodes.

Yeah, the KMFs were a pain. Still it came out looking good. It was just hard finding references.
I'm working on two this week. I'm making one from last weeks episode. Something I really wanted to do.
I hope to post them together and get them posted before late Friday.

This one was also very nice, like the others, but ill have to say that SuzakuΒ΄s ideas to constantly blae Lelouche are starting to annoy me. About people dying in the show, itΒ΄s good for rama and desperation of fans and to maake Lelouche the loneliest character here. He has suffered the most here. he lost his mother, the women he probably loved at that time, his dear sister and still has to deal with all the lives that were lost because of him. I pity him and hope that he wont end up alone.

great...now Lulu has nobody left but Karen.... what i don't get is why Lelouche still blames himself for the accident with Euphi, and it wasn't his fault that Shirly died!
i wonder... i bet Karen is going to die next, than C.C. (i think she's mortal now), and Lelouche will become the new king of Britannia, but doing so in vain because he has nothing left.

Yeah, but they keep teasing and teasing it. You saw they had two almost kisses with Kallen within three episodes? there is this moment from my picture, among others. What would be the point to tease us all season with no payoff at all. Not even a kiss.

the same reason they killed Shirley and Nunnaly... than again, i could just be thinking that they're gonna kill her cause i was a LuluxShirley fan when Shirley got killed and C.C. lost her memories.
either way i'm pretty sure everyone except Lelouche is going to die. In the credits, everyone who died has white wings, and i think that means Susaku, Karen and Schnizel are gonna die too

And he feels guilty of Shirley because he involved her in the Geass mess and she died because of the Geass
