Code Geass - S&M[Episode- R2 16]
This episode was a bit of a challenge. It wasn't for a lack of ideas. Mostly I had a few ideas. It was some weren't right for THIS episode, I wanted to save an idea for later, or the possible punchlines weren't that good.
I felt I had to play off that awesome smack down scene with Kallen. This also plays a bit off a conversation Suzaku had with Anya earlier in the season.
I had two punchlines for this same scene. I wasn't sure which to make so I just thought, "Let's make both.". See the next 4koma I'll be posting for that joke.
I'm rather pleased in the over all work on this one. The background in that last panel turned out very well.

I'll be probably condemned for what I'll say now but I don't care 
I'm feeling really sorry for Suzaku he is in a very nasty situation, not to mention that life wasn't going easy on hi. Not to mention that a whole bunch of people hates him while in fact he is the lesser evil (just compare the number of people he killed to how many people were killed by Lelouch). Not to mention that Suzaku only wants to save his country while Lelouch's ambition is shattering the world and turning it into one big battlefield.
Okay enough Suzaku-fan-talk
Hehehe I saw this one coming when I saw SxM in the title. Gosh it's one hell of hilarious comic if you ask me, I just love how you used the idea of Masochistic-Suzaku. Karren has a problem now, she can't beat him up cause that will only give him pleasure, Pooor girl XD
There is one thing I found disturbing. Legs in the first and second panel, Karren's legs to be precise. Well it may be just my imagination but in comparison with those in the third panel they look very big and thick. Aside from this, her shoes in the first panel seems to be floating in the air instead of standing on the ground. Also legs seem detached from the upper-torso, as if those two halves of the body were acting on their own. But I have to admit that the upper part of Karren's body looks really nice, especially her furious expressions.
Okay, as for the things I love about this comic. Well the background in the fourth panel is just Stunning. It's truly beautiful, those multi-colored flowers and slightly distant trees create a truly wonderful mood of bliss and relaxation, though that cannon-like thingy in the lower left corner reminds us that is still a world filled with war and unhappiness.
Well I just love Suzaku's expression, you gotta love that expression, he looks as if he was in love "Nobody hurts like you Karren, my love"
Anya is amusing as well in the way she confirms her suspicions, she is so calm, stoic and I-couldn't-care-less. I'll be probably accused of being a pedophile but I think she looks really sexy in that outfit, gracefully and sexy to be more precise.
Arthur kicks butts with that expression of his, guess he never expected Suzaku to like this kind of "rough play" maybe he is a bit envious that he can't hurt Suzaku in a way that will give him pleasure XD
But Karren is the winner nevertheless ^^ Her terrified and a little bit disgusted expression is priceless if you ask me.

I could go into great detail about Suzaku and Lelouch, but I save those for the forums.
I wanted to call this image "S&M" but devArt titles wouldn't allow me to use the ampersand.
It's been pretty much proven that Suzaku is a masochist on some level. He's admitted that he was looking to die for punishment for killing his father. That's the irony of the "Survive" Geass. It always seems to kick in when his mind and body want to die.
Really, I wanted to know where the hell that Kallen was in the last episode. she put up such a weak fight. I guess maybe she was just too shocked from what he tried to pull before he punched her in the gut. I just remember her clocking that Black King guy in that first episode and he was three times Suzaku's size.
It's your imagination. The poses are right. when I was drawing them. It's that dress that flares out that gives an odd feeling to the pose.
Funny enough it was those flowers that was the most time consuming in that last panel. Still it was well worth it. I like to mimic the scene so when fans see these they know just what's going on. I think it brings fans closer to these comics.

I thought I got Kallen's reaction just right. I originally wasn't going to put her in that last panel, but I thought it would be funny to get her reaction.

In theory, she's completely under Suzaku's control. It's just a smut doujin waiting to happen.

Two good comics in row. Aside from just being great bc Kallen is opening up a can of whoop-ass on someone, I love the pure joy he has in the last panel. And it explains why he likes that cat so much, too.
