Commission: StarscreamI finished coloring the Starscream picture. I completed this a while ago, but I'm just posting it now. It came out looking pretty cool in the end. The wicked grin is my favorite touch. He needed that backstabber look.
I would of liked putting a tad more depth into the coloring., but I realize that the person hiring me plans on getting this image tattooed.
My simple black and white tattoo was only about $60USD. I don't even want to imagine how much this is going to cost and how long it will take.

It's interesting to compare the old classic design of the Transformers and compare them with the newer computer made versions from the Michael Bay movies.

I could recommend the "How to Draw Manga" books written by Ben Dunn, published by Antarctic Press. Lot of great tips in those.

One of my fav. anti-heros ever. Great Job on this Starscream pic. It really reminds me of those Dreamworks TF designs they used to do a few years back.
