another product of a solo lsd trip. this one was interesting. the dimensions of this painting are about 24x18 if i remember correctly. I sat on the floor of my room with the lights dimmed. took a 220ug tab and went off. i had no idea what i was painting. i started from the top with just blues and colors and as i settled into the trip reality slipped further and further away as i took a journey through the synapses of my brain. there was a point where i forgot about existence. i was in a swirl of psychedelia and was nothing but this painting. after the peak i was finally back enough to pull away and see what i had. about 75% of the piece was finished when i realized i had painted my mental journey directly in front of me. i started crying. shivers of bliss went down my spine as i curled up in the fetal position sobbing and sobbing over the beauty of the work i had just finished. this piece is incredibly personal and reflects my inner being better than any piece ive ever done. the crystal palace of my mind is where i reside. spiral out <3
