I like cod cheeks and tongues and halibut cheeks but just can't choke down a freshwater fish unless its a pink trout, a pound at least

I had a lobster and a feed of scallops 2 years ago when my girlfriend went home for 2 weeks. That was it in 6 years. I've got used to it but I'd still love some.

I tried some crayfish once in Canada to see
if one could survive on it!! I think one would
be better off starved!!!! lol

I was thinking that Some nice big scallops wrapped in bacon and broiled in the oven would be pretty awesome though
