Here are some interesting boundaries. Overall, it looks to be a membrane, separating two sides. But just right of center, look closely. There is something going on. There appears to be an internal boundary and something is trying to cross it. I don’t know whether it is a friendly transfer of resources or some kind of attack, but it looks like a boundary conflict. Does the organism involved permit the transfer, or does it call in the immune system for defense? I can write several different stories from this one image!
