A promotional item from the Cheese Heads (cheese strings) food product.Rare PC demo for a game that only came out on the Nintendo Wii. Odd, isn't it?
Its a bit worn out but I got it that way (from a thrift shop).
It was also encased between cheese strings so that's another potential factor of ruggedness.
