A little fanart I made of the governors of Rebel Inc, and the first of a total of four.

The Civil Servant and Development Director are the only two of the governors that actually care about civilian initiatives and the well being of the civilian population.
Both dislike Tank Commander's use of tanks, as it damage infrastructures and reduce civilian support.

In this scene the Director is explaining her plan for the region, and the Servant is interested.
