thanks again my friend... Its a fairly straightforward black and white lineart drawing-- created as a bitmap image. I know its gotta be just a click or two of a mouse, so redrawing the whole thing from scratch in Illustrator seems so not necessary.
I'm leaning towards Flash... maybe one of the newer versions can ace it. I know when importing a bitmap image, there is a way that Flash turns it into sweet looking vectors... just not sure if its possible to then export them after the fact.

As for Flash I can't help you, never had a chance to use it, but good luck
Maybe try exporting as .eps (if Flash allows); if it's similar to Corel then you'll have some nice lines working perfectly with Photoshop
