Adopts explanation part 4: I guess this is terms and conditions? I didn't really think of names.
There is no rule saying pokémorphs can or can't talk, I'm just referencing Pokémon Yellow.
To the surprise of no one, I had to design a new pokémorph for this and I picked Rattata.
