Spectrophotometry? Bleh, I hated using those instruments in chemistry, though using it for IR was pretty important.

These parts of Gen Chem were good times. And by that, I mean tedious. Too bad Beer's law had nothing to do with drinking beer.

Ha ha, I know what you mean there. Though, it was awesome when my physical chemistry teacher would occasionally bring up drinking games that he used to do. Mind you, this guy was ~60years old and head of the department of chemistry at one point.
