Look's very scary but, if you see carefully in his teaser you can see that he contains fake blue tears of the pure style of the original Puppet, the shape of his ears aren't that big just something slightly noticeable, and also, if you see his photo on the wiki you can see that his face is thinner and has a more distorted expression.
