This one's best to me. Part II has obvious gradient banding to the spotlight placed in the centre of the image around Lara whereas this one is less noticeable and natural looking.
However, I do prefer the more vibrant skin tone of Part II. The B&W one's cool too but you can always desaturate this one or the other to get the same result. Great Renders
