and i see some new techniques here
color theme is perfect but its doesn't help the idea...
norton means strong anti virus
strong + anti virus
strong "high contrast& catching eye colors + some black"
[+]
anti virus "guard + power + high performance + huge IT company + hard programming"
ur design must clear at least 70% of these objectives
at last black vector in the footer is a popular design for portfolios and blogs doesn't fit a company like norton.

Something must be said WOW nice work i like it.

The style is quite nice, though a little over-done these days; however, good job with the soft clean feel.
I think it could be improved a lot by working on the alignment of a number of the elements though: for example, the green "Scan Express" area would look better if it were aligned to the "Norton Ghost" box above it.
I also think the titles of the product box shouldn't have the little bullet infront of them; they're quite un-needed, and attract attention away from the product name. Taking the bullets away would also serve to align the leftmost box titles ("Norton Anti-Virus" and "Norton SystemWorks") with the main title above them ("New Products").
Again, I suggest removing the bullets from the "Technical Support" and "How to buy" titles - they're indenting the titles away from the text beneath them, which is a little hard on the eyes.
And that's all my suggestions on just making the layout a little sharper. Otherwise, looking great.

Only two things I noticed. The "Manage" button at the top is spelled wrong. Also, just wondering why you didn't make the "Firewall" button two colors?

Oh, sorry. What I meant was... "Anti-Virus" "SpyWare", etc. have two colors on the words, the brown and gold/yellow, but not for "Firewall". I also like the gradient.
