Panda's are dying mainly because of loosing their habbitat which is bamboo forests (which take a VERY long time to grow back), and that's their home and food we're talking about here! People are replacing the forests with factories and agriculture.
Panda's travel to find their food but end up dying from starvation simply because they couldn't reach the next bamboo forest in time.
