I somewhat got an idea for a story behind these characters;

Luiciana - a Italian-American poodle who was born in the mafia.

Sam - a American street cat who is the steriotypical gang leader with a attitude problem and a annoying 60's NY-accent. He beats dudes, bangs chicks, drinks booze and then beats chicks too. Pretty much like everyone in the 60's.

"Mr.Knuckles" - a Russian bear who escaped comunism too become rich. Unable to get a political asylum in the US he went underground and joined the mafia.
