I decided to remake Decimated Mickey once more as a more standard FNATI OC. Here, he would be a toon water damaged by the moisture of the Pirate Caverns, being left warped similar to The Face.This isn't really for anything, but if anyone happens to find this, cause I KNOW Decimated Mickey still has a cult following out there, this is his new ref.
