Description Not a Cyborg 009 fanart.

Actually my latest character for my latest Mutants and Mastermind PbP campaign, a Megaman/Rockman based campaign; the Canadian Mountie-bot, Ethan Aksarnerk.

I haven't drawn seriously for a while, this is my first time after some time. Something I draw rather than finishing my college work, again.

---

Facing the increase of robot-based criminal activity and the rise of human-robot animousity, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police felt the need of a specially designed robot officer for patrolling the canadian wilderness and defending it against all kind of threat, and in the same time, bridging the relation between the public and the RCMP, and between robot kind and human kind.

So, Ethan was born. Picking the name 'Aksarnerk, aurora in the local inuit language, for himself, Ethan was built with traits and equipments considered fitting for a police officer. He's also specifically designed to look handsome and imposing but not intimidating, based on public image research. The designer didn't considered the psychological implication though. Highly competent in all things he's designed for, made Ethan Aksarnerk somewhat narcissistic, cocky and extremely confident.

Realizing their oversight after after some few years of deployments, Ethan's design team scratched their original mission plan and put him in the Ontario Hunters as the ranged combat specialist to teach him about teamwork. And hopefully, some humility.

Appearance:
Ethan looks like a young adult male with green eyes and slightly long blond hair. He's designed to have a somewhat ambiguous racial identity, but overall, tall, lean built and good looking. He's also specially designed to look unintimidating-yet-interesting for both humans and robots: looking human enough but also robotic enough. This is shown by bits of carapace armor and mechanical lines placed at strategic places on his humanoid skin. Most of the time, he'll wear his RCMP uniform, even out of duty, because he thinks that he's specifically made to look good in uniform.
