Alright, Ib fans, raise your hand if you thought that Garry was going to turn out to be some kind of painting/magical person/god/not who he seems to be when you first started playing.I mean, look at that coat. It's totally magical. It has tatters of cloth FLOATING IN MIDAIR ABOVE HIS COAT, I mean, really.
But nope, Garry is just a really quirky human dude who likes fashion, macarons, and running far away from anything remotely dangerous ever.
That's okay, Garry, that's why we love you, you adorkable guy, you.
If you have no idea who this guy is and what I'm talking about, Garry is from an amazing little horror adventure game called Ib, which you can download absolutely for free (FOR FREE) over here ! I highly recommend it- it has a really good storyline and very memorable characters, and it's accessible for all ages.
Garry belongs to kouri, who is the person who made the game.

Before I started to play the game, I looked up ALL the fanart on Zerochan & Pixiv. (mistake) So, I did get this exact impression that there was gonna be this epic fantasy storyline connecting the three characters together and all that. (not just being chased by lonely art)
And yes, his coat should hold the mystery of life in its seems. xD

Hahaha, yeah, the fanart totally paints this different picture of him, mostly because most fangirls see him as this handsome, sexy guy, and then when you play the game, he's...really not. But that's fanart for you!

But I thought that he would be one of those ah-so mysterious and cool and distant and jerk-like guys that are quite popular...But he surprised me in a good way which made me really happy

Yeah, me too! But he's quite the adorable dork, which you don't see that often in a lot of games/books/what have you.
A lot of the fanart makes him seem that way (cool and mysterious), though, which really isn't true at all. XD

At first I was thinkg that Garry would be some of those living paintings/statues that's trying to fool me, but when I started poking him .. he seemed not to be an enemy .. and when started speaking I was like "that's real mans talk" and then he screamed I realized he's just an adorable pussy
