This is a Seashocker wand, made with one of a Seashocker's scales, fangs and some of its fire/shock power. This wand is make to look like the dragon swimming around it and is said to shock those who wish to steal it! Berk dragon wands are made from some of their dragons scales and some of their fire power so they can hold a part of them in their hands!
This wand will be in my Big Four at Hogwarts novel!
