Abilities: She can create ice and change her appearance on a whim to mimic anyone she's seen. She can also make people explode by stabbing them with her ice claws.
Personality: SHITHEAD. Fine, I'll give more detail. She is highly sadistic and twisted, and sees everyone else as below her supposedly insanely high IQ. She loves torturing people and making them miserable, it's like she lives for it. She is a skilled chemist as well. Plus, everything we know about her might be a lie, since she is a pathological liar. To counteract this, she is cataclysmically incompetent and ends up being more of a joke to her unwilling allies than a real threat.
Small Details: Her skin under the coat is ghostly white and lacking features, almost as if it's a blank mannequin. Her black eyes with glowing white pupils contribute to a haunted doll-esque look, which is completed by her constant changing of details of her life. She also HATES being inflated and will start out scared before crying for help and mercy which she has not earned.
