Description
Kamen Rider Reload is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider RE: Dux ~Proxy Origins~, an event where the Rider Worlds is reverted back to a previous state prior to the Multiversal Reset. Kamen Rider Redux must convince Reload to reverse his decision or else be remain an anomaly that will face destruction.

Rider
• Reload: Reload is an entity of the Rider Worlds. It is unknown how long it has existed nor where it came from. Reload's only role is to subtly maintain cohesion between the Kamen Rider worlds, correcting any time anomalies and universal disturbances. However, judging the Multiversal Reset as too large to fix behind the scene, Reload use it's deity-like ability to revert the Rider Worlds to it's previous state and resulting in the Reload World. Here, Reload maintain tabs on the reset counterparts of Kamen Rider Redux and Kamen Rider Remind as they could pose a threat if they're memories were to be restored.

After a long fought battle, Reload came to possibilities that the Multiversal Reset may have been an intended change for the Rider Worlds. Entrusting Kamen Rider Redux and the rest of the new Rider Worlds to continue forging their path, Reload reverts the worlds back to the state before its intervention. Reload continues his work correcting any anomalies while keeping an observation on Redux and his potential.

Forms
[Kamen Rider OS]: Kamen Rider OS is Reload's base form, assessed by inserting the Reload SourceCard into the Rider Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.
[Kaijin OS]: Kaijin OS is Reload's Kaijin-based form, assessed by inserting the Kaijin SourceCard into the Rider Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.

Equipment
• CodeDriver: The CodeDriver is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Redux. It contains three slots to insert ReCards: the Rider Operating Slot, the Expansion Operating Slot, and the Utility Interfacing Slot.
• Σ-Terminal: The Σ-Terminal (or Path Terminal) is a smartphone-like transformation trinket.
• SourceCards: SourceCards are memory card like devices used by Kamen Rider Reload. They contain a copy of the history of the Rider Worlds. This collection of data is referred as the Master Records.
