Painting I submitted to an art exhibition in conjunction with Belfast City Skinworks. Artists were asked to submit paintings inspired by tattoos or straight flash that the public may commission to get tattoed as a one off piece. The paintings are also for sale, they're currently residing in the Waterfront in Belfast.

Been wanting to paint a mermaid for awhile so this was an oppurtunity to finally do one. Inspired by japanese style carp tattoos. This is a photo and I apologise for the flash, the ink is really reflective. I took one without a flash but it was way too grainy and the colours weren't represented well, will submit other photo into scraps.
