With Alex alone with his grandfather in peace just outside of the village. It felt like now would be the perfect time to have a talk to each other about certain things and issues going on. Especially since they have so much to talk about since they’ve haven’t seen each other in almost two decades.

Ranzard: you know the last time I’ve seen you was when you were still 6 years old with your mother and father in one visit. It was the only time I’ve ever gotten to see you in person before your dad decided to head back to the great jungle. I’d only wished your father would have agreed to had stayed here instead of being out there freely because of an Earthling book he showed your mother.

Alex: hey that Earthling book is what inspired me to be a jungle boy you know? Plus surprise how I actually lived like the main character of that story too after dad died.

Ranzard: and how did you get the name Alakay instead of being called by that Earthling name your father gave you?

Alex: let’s just say this was before we gotten really popular with the pantera tribe. Mainly Chief Zabu called me that since he didn’t like the name I already had, plus it was the closest tribal name they could have given me too. Of course he did it as away to get back at me cause I was called king of the jungle instead of him, even though he’s head of the entire chiefs of the jungle.

Ranzard: you know I have heard about how you’ve fought against many different apex predators, pirates, and even a couple of agents and even the witch Khajida, and also that whole bounty hunter too.

Alex: not the most craziest thing we did. Heck we even fought against many members and generals of the ape tribe, and of course this giant gorilla too from doing god knows what to Alice.

Ranzard: and the part of saving someone’s virginity?

Alex: I know sounds embarrassing, but there was a lot at stake in that one.

Ranzard: to think you still fought Xeron and saved them still, but now he’s returning all of the sudden too early.

Alex: as much as I hate to believe it, but seeing a few new agents of his roaming around after Ixana. I’m afraid that the worst case scenario is actually happening. Just don’t understand how, and I doubt me drowning that staff in dark dirty water in a deep hole is gonna cause any sort of resurrection for them to return.

Ranzard: if what you said about him only able to be reborn every 10 years whenever a god is defeated, then something isn’t right about any of this. Is it really the same Xeron that you defeated and not something impersonating as them?

Alex: there’s no way anyone can impersonate a god. Especially one who can create dark contracts burning inside like his do. Sure Khajida was able to replicate some herself in her favor, but her’s couldn’t only match the colors of her magic. These were pure black that we’ve saw in one called Xocal’s heart. You don’t think those things have more than just a binding contract grandpa?

Ranzard: not as much as we know. After all Xeron hardly ever picks anyone in these lands to be an agent of his. Guess he just doesn’t prefer forest creatures like us much or something more tactical related reasons.

Alex: guess we’re back to square one again. Figured you’d might have an idea grandpa.

Ranzard: can you tell me every detail about Xeron, like what it is that drove you to fight such a god?

Alex: originally I wanted to go save this girl I used to like, of course things got really complicated during and after the whole event.

Ranzard: and what do you mean by that?

Alex: there was this one agent that wasn’t who they said they were. They went under the name as Gillian, but they’ve only taken the place of the original one who was supposed to fight me. They were someone from the future named Xio,they’ve went back in time in order to prevent himself from being born, and to prevent the worst global catastrophe the world would have faced in his future. They were the son of Xeron, and they’ve did everything to help prevent the day he would have been conceded. He even merged his soul with my body to help fight another agent and Xeron.

Ranzard: his son from the future merged his soul with your body?

Alex: is there a problem grandpa?

Ranzard: if he’s still here, then that proves that he caused a new timeline to be merged identical to his in someway. Sure he changed the course of history for the better, but he’s now stuck in whatever there is to come.

Xio: guess that explains why I’m still here then even without a body.

Ranzard: yes I’m afraid so fool.

Xio: wait can he hear me?!

Ranzard: I didn’t become a shaman without having any sort of connection with the spirits of our ancestors.

Alex: great if I had known that I’d tell that dirty half breed to kept his mouth shut.

Xio: and by which part do you mean by half breed turd flinger?!

Alex: say that again and I’ll smack you right out of my body!

Ranzard: *he chuckled a bit* see you two make great friends despite sharing the same body.

Alex: sorry you had to have seen that grandpa.

Ranzard: though this does gives me a lot of an idea on how Xeron is back all of the sudden.

Alex: how so?

Ranzard: I’m afraid you two may wanna listen very carefully about my theory as to how this could be involved with how Xeron is back in only two years…
