Over thousands of years ago. There were once beings said to have had the blood and strength of a dragon. These beings were known only as Dragonborn, a rare breed of humans and other creatures that populated and created civilizations. In the beginning of their existence there were only 6 ever born that came to existence.

However, one of them who was born a noble from a long lost country that no longer exists. From the great lands of mountains that border the southwestern shores of the continent they once called home. There was one who risen up during a time of war that plagued the entire continent and those that inhabited it.

From this great country long forgotten country, a cat known by others as a Jizar, the black knight. And one of the first of the Dragonborn’s of the animal race. Once rode into battle with a famed black blade made from a rare ore that could create black metal, and on the back of a horse into battle against any foes. They were even the first to creat and taught the ways of dragon slaying, as he was the first to become the first dragon slayer.

The brave knight was the only one who had the power, weapon, and courage to face such mighty creatures of the sky and mountains on his own. However, he and various others were soon forced to face on of their own, who had practiced in the forbidden arts of witchcraft. And that person was none other than the vengeful dark elf Malikar, who dared to summon both demons and the dead from beyond their world. And threatened to bring upon a terrible apocalypse. He and few other’s ran into battle in order to face the would be demon king, but a few would have met their end in that battle. So did the mighty hero too if not for an orc and a human, who aided him in sealing their greatest foe into the abyss.

Although Jizar had a bit of a role in sealing the demon king away, he and the human Fraila were the only ones who survived that battle along with a few dragons that fought alongside them. One of those dragons was Quan-shi, one of the dragons who helped trained Jizar and others in the ways of slaying dragons too. Swore to them that one day that the one they’d sealed away would one day return to this world and cause the apocalypse once again if they’d should escape. In order to insure that the seal would not break upon the gates of hell, Jizar used his famed black black and placed it into a secret pedestal hidden within a cave that would keep the seal in place. Only one of his blood could remove the sword and be the one to put an end to the demon king once and for all. For the one who pulls it out would be bound by this fate whether they succeeded or fail.

The once hero would have met his end in battle in one last fight to defend his country. Giving his life so that the battle could end in victory for his people. He would have died as he lived, not as a soldier or as the Dragonborn, but as a once great hero in blaze of glory on the battlefield.
