Farfetch'd, the apprentice pokémon

The leeks that Farfetch'd grow are very different from normal crops, being full of nutrients and minerals, and more resilient than a normal leek. Still, a single Farfetch'd can go through dozens of leeks before evolving, so trainers are advised to have multiple in hand. Broken weapons are often cooked and eaten together with trainer and pokémon, strenghtening their bond.

Oyafetch'd, the warrior pokémon

After evolving, wild Oyafetch'd will grow a final leek, raised along with their steel powers. These leeks are inedible, as they are made mostly of metal. It will keep that leek until it breaks, promply retiring afterwards.

Their feathers have a fine metal coating, providing resistance while keeping flexibility, making them agile foes in battle.

GALAR

Farfetch'd, the squire pokémon

Unlike their Kantonian cousins, who spend their apprenticeship alone, Galarian Farfetch'd will often be trained by a Sirfetch'd. It'll do most duties of gathering food and shelter, and in trade receives tutoring from a more experient pokémon. Their leek is frail, and is meant to be exclusively a training tool. Only those who evolve receive a proper weapon.

Sirfetch'd, the fencing pokémon

Very few Farfetch'd are able to evolve into this form. Having a Sirfetch'd is considered good luck because of that. It is very self centered and prideful, and will attack anything that comes near its territory. Despite their short legs, Sirfetch'd are very fast, being able to chase someone for over 5 hours. However, they have a harder time turning around, often running in a straight line with their long weapons.

A single Sirfetch'd will often have multiple Farfetch'd under its wing, making them do its duties instead.
