The idea for this one is that when Sokka and Toph went in to get tattoos, Toph insulted the artist,(called his mother a shrew, earthbended the crap outta him, made a rude comment about his art,etc.) And so he decided to get even. By tattooing something...profane, on her arm-(use your imagination.) Since she can't see....yeah you get the picture.
