Not much of a concept here i'd work on giving it something to tie all the elements together so it isn't looking like a bunch of done ideas from somewhere thrown together. Needs some work.

Very nice! too many birds maybe? still love it.. the reflection of "New Vision" and that almost aquatic look/feel to that middle "N" Very slick! Great work.
