Metal Gear Solid has a subtitle, TEA, thats Tactical, Espionage and Action. So that explains why this looks like such a shitshow of a tactical option. I mean you'd tell the guy it looks stupid, before he kills you into next week. Playing as the Boss, this stance rocks. There's even a cutscene where Snake is shaving the right of the grip and carving a notch, for it to apparantly fit like a fucking glove.
