I remember reading about this achievement when I first played the game. Apparently, there is an ultra, super, extra, rare achievement in MGO (Metal Gear Online) if all players agree to disarm their Nuclear weapons. The ordnance can be researched at their own Mother Bases and serves as a mutual deterrence. Even back then, I knew it would never happen. But I didn't know I was the one that ruined it for everyone. See just as I made enough GMP to research a Nuke, my 360 red ringed and I haven't played since. So you're welcome for that guys.
