I was asked to figure out a boot problem with a customer's Dell notebook. I was half listening and I mentioned that it might be fucked bios settings. Customer drops it off and I'm almost convinced the uefi has been vandalized.

It turns out the customer bought the notebook without checking to see if the repair was software or hardware related. Even I bought into faulty settings for a while... Haha.
