Ok this will probably be my last time doing Warrior Cats designs for a while. I know DA is dying so i'll probably be uploading less and less frequently.

I wanted to draw Cinderheart, but then I also wanted to draw Half Moon and Fallen Leaves because I LOVE them and I had some design ideas for them, so I said "screw it", so now the theme of this image is cats that the Three like (I'm confused if Hollyleaf likes Fallen Leaves romantically or not, but they're mates on the official family tree so I guess she does?? Good for them).
I have this headcanon where spirits get more desaturated the longer they stay as a spirit. The concept of fading is just really sad, so I don't like to think about it a lot, but I like the idea that cats only fade away when they've accepted it. A cat can only fade away once they have resolved everything and they feel completely at peace. The only reason Half Moon and Fallen Leaves haven't faded, despite being so old, was because neither of them had their closure yet. Fallen Leaves was always trapped in the tunnels and he always wanted to escape, and Half Moon was always involved with the mystery of Jay's Wing (she wanted to see him again, but he would get reincarnated in the future).
About the designs, im low-key obsessed with my Fallen Leaves design and I wish I could snatch it for one of my OCs, but it belongs to Fallen Leaves now 😔
I don't really agree with the common design where Half Moon looks small and meek (she was the first leader of the Tribe!). I gave her long fur so that it almost seems like she was supposed to live in the mountains. She is also more scarred up than Fallen Leaves because I wanted her to look more experienced. She's definitely gotten into more fights (gotta fight those eagles) as a living cat than Fallen Leaves.
Like I said on the drawing, Cinderheart doesn't look identical to Cinderpelt. They look pretty similar, but Cinderpelt's fur will probably be more solid than it having a bunch of markings
