Bio:
Tartarus is a place where evil and dangerous beasts are kept for the greater good. Tartarus is inhabited with evil from the lowest rank to evil that once held Equestria under their feet. Among the beasts of Tartarus, one of the more common beasts would be Imp Mothers. This is a common term for lower ranked demon mothers, typically of more humanoid offspring like imps or lesser demons. Roughly around this time, Cerberus got loose, giving way for some of the beasts of Tartarus to break free.

Though an Imp Mother can easily be defeated, it's spawn is plentiful, like a litter of mice. During this time, Luna ordered Hellhound to train his daughter, Kabuki, in the trade of beast hunting and to track down and dispose of the beasts of Tartarus that broke free.

Hellhound easily tracked down the Imp Mother, but it was too late. She had already given birth and her spawn had already been stashed away. Though spawn of an Imp Mother relies on their mother for a short time after birth, they quite quickly become independent. Hellhound ordered his daughter to track down the spawn while he disposed of the mother, and Kabuki obeyed.

She followed the light blue powder trail she cast with her magic to a small cave. She found the spawn, but the huddle of grey flesh and dark fur was unmoving. Kabuki was shocked, she had never seen this before. All the spawn was dead. The smell, she knew it now. Mingled within the smell of fresh birth, disease. The mother was sick. Perhaps the journey out of Tartarus was far too taxing for such a lesser demon?" Perhaps it was just the weight of realization, but her saddle bags felt heavier. She returned to her father and told him of her findings. The stench of disease from the fresh corpse of the mother was intoxicating, so Hellhound used his magic to transport them back to Canterlot.

As Hellhound reported their findings, Luna observed Kabuki with an amused look. "Perhaps you were mistaken," Luna's magic tenderly pulled something from Kabuki's saddlebag. Kabuki stood a little straighter now, the overbearing weight lifted from her back. "This mischievous little devil seems to have hitched a ride as a desperate attempt of survival."

Hellhound bowed to the princess once more, but his eyes glowered at his daughter with disappointment and anger, "I apologize, my Princess," Hellhound said through gritted teeth, "I will dispose of that nuisance immediately."

Luna raised her hoof, "That will not be necessary," She turned to Kabuki, "Kabuki, you will care for the demon. It would prove useful for your trade, I assume."

"Auntie Luna," Kabuki started, "It's from Tartarus! It cannot be any less but evil!"

A small smile played at Luna's lips as she watched the young filly with amusement, "My dear, nothing is born evil, it is only our choices that determine if we are good or evil." The night princess used her magic to levitate the baby satyr into Kabuki's saddlebag once more, "I would suggest visiting the unicorn, Miss Twilight Sparkle. Her little Dragon friend has become quite like family to her."

Unsure what to do with her new satyr friend, Kabuki did as told and the young filly visited Ponyville's Golden Oak Library. She met the young unicorn Twilight Sparkle and explained to her the situation she had found herself in. The unicorn seemed all too excited to be able to research a Satyr, a rare race in Equestria, and it's interactions with the pony race. Twilight explained that it is quite unusual that a satyr would be born from the pits of Tartarus, so the Imp Mother that birthed it may have had a satyr sire from Equestria. Kabuki remembered back to the other spawn she saw in the cave, how their fur was dark and their skin an ashy grey. The satyr, who she had named Pan, had differed greatly from them.

As Pan grew, he became best friends with Spike despite their differences. They spent a lot of time together due to Kabuki often being with Twilight learning about Satyrs. As Spike and Pan grew, they didn't spend as much time together, but still remained very close, sending letters back and fourth.

As Kabuki grew to be in her mid teens, she was invited to Twilight's coronation. After a while, Tirek's onslaught on Equestria brought a rise of demons and beasts of Tartarus to Equestria. Kabuki and Hellhound were to get rid of the beasts that had scattered themselves around Equestria. Pan opted to help Kabuki and he went with her on her journey around Equestria.

By the time they finished destroying most of the major threats of Equestria, Kabuki and Pan were adults. They returned to their home in Canterlot, but decided to move to Ponyville for a simpler life soon after their return. Once they met up with Twilight and Spike again, they too were grown up. Spike was full grown at this time and was quite happy to see Pan once more. As they caught up, Pan learned that Spike was in a happy relationship with both the changeling king Thorax and the Dragon queen Ember. Of course, Pan got roped into being an almost daily babysitter of their children and sometimes even some other ponies' foals as well, similar to how Spike used to babysit the mane six's pets, just without pay.

-Pan is the only creature that Kabuki trusts to pull the horn from her heart and kill her if needed.
-When he grew into an adult, Pan's hair grew to have a dark black streak into it to symbolize his blood relations to Tartarus.
-On hunts for escapee beasts of Tartarus, it used to be quite difficult for Kabuki to track them because she couldn't distinguish Pan's scent from the beasts, so the trails would often lead back to him, which forced Kabuki to make him wear strong fruity perfumes for the longest time.
-If Pan would have been birthed in Tartarus and left undisturbed, he would have grown to have more demonic features.
-Pan once visited a satyr tribe during Kabuki and his journey and almost ended up staying there with them.
-I imagine Pan having a voice like Lucio from Overwatch (www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFngSz… ) when he's an adult.
-To Spike's kids, 'Uncle Panny' is just one of those cool uncles that tell some epic stories.

-Pan with his flute is him in his tween years when he received his flute from Princess Luna as a birthday gift. He loves that specific flute so much and enjoys playing it wherever he goes
-There's his adult form at the bottom. The bald picture above shows some of his freckles that are covered and also shows his eyebrows as well.
-There's also a chibi adult form at the bottom as well. I originally was going to do something with him babysitting, but then it made the chibi picture look really cluttered. I may do a pic like that in a sketch dump sometime.
