I don't know much about Len or his guitar(s) i'm sorry but why the hell does it have a bass clef on it if it's an electric 6-string?Not to be a little bitch but I'm just curiousXD

That's because it's basically his symbol. Len apparently has a bass clef on his shirt somewhere(I think on the back), while Rin has a treble clef on hers. In their Append versions, they have the clefs on their chokers rather than their shirts.
Hopefully this makes some sense?

Because if you look at Len's shirt collar, you can see a little base clef on there-treble clef with Rin. It's the whole boy-girl, low-high mirror images of each other thing.
