This is Commander Tobias Wolff. Navigation Commander who was re-assigned to Mars after his co-commander Pike (fighter) was killed.
Wolff is no pushover either, after Pike's death he single-handedly got both Lane and Drake ready to be commanders while keeping the ship a runnin' properly. He has moments where he can be sweet and cutesy, but he is also a hard hitter and no nonsense. He does his job and he does it well.
Though it would seem that even if you catch this man in his skivvies, he's prepared.
