Yeah, hair is a bit odd, but I don't know well how to fix it. Also, he has no pupils. This one's on purpose though. I didn't mean him to.Tools: Hand sketch, Illustrator, Corel Painter, Photoshop.
(Edit: changed hair and re-colored everything. Took some work, but it was totally worth it).
