NEW ONEย www.deviantart.com/frozenfeathโฆEDIT: added a mega evolution! based off multi tiered cakes
based off penny buns, penny bun mushrooms, cottage bread, belgian buns, and fairy bread.
these pokemon are very sweet and friendly. they produce a strong sickly sweet aroma that drives trainers and pokemon crazy. they leave little brightly colored dust and sparkles behind them where ever they go. they are always a little warmer than room temperature.
the first is normal type
the second is normal/fairy type
the mega is normal/fairy type
the first evolves into the second while leveled up while holding fairy dust

also i just wanted to let you know, although i enjoy hearing names people make for my fakes i don't name my fakes, and even if i hear a fantastic one i won't use it. so if you want to continue that's fine with me, i enjoy hearing the names, i just don't want you to waste your time if you're thinking i'm going to use any of the names :c

Ogipan is what I came up with by combining two foreign words for bread. Fairipan is what happens when I do another uncreative thing. They sound good enough though. Ogipan is the small one, and Fairipan is the big one.
Likely ability: Sweet Veil (Fairipan only), Pickup (Ogipan only)
Potential other abilities: Flash Fire, Regenerator
Likely moves: Return, Dazzling Gleam, Hyper Voice, Play Rough, Moonblast, Wish
Other potential moves: Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Ice Beam
It's adorable design and Normal-typing make me think "early game 'mon", but they also make me think they'd be useful due to a great dual-typing, at least in-game. So, I used another relatively powerful early-game Pokemon with an item-based evolution that's good in-game - Pikachu and Raichu, to be exact - to get a ballpark for its BST.
65/55/45/55/55/40 (BST 315)
As a first stage Pokemon with a good typing and good stats, Ogipan would likely see plenty of use in the Little Cup. I think.
95/85/70/85/90/70 (BST 495)
RIP Wigglytuff... oh wait, generation FrozenFeather gives it a mega, nevermind! In contrast to Ogipan, I can't see Fairipan being a dominating force. It'll most likely end up in a lower tier, such as RU. However, I bet it would be pretty good in-game.

interesting info! i like it, yeah i'm not sure when it'll appear in the game, probably near the beginning but not like RIGHT at the beginning, around when you find spritzee/swirlix. i like the inclusion of the punch moves!

Swirlix isn't exactly "near the beginning", although it is nearer to the beginning than it is to the end. But yeah, you can find Pikachu RIGHT after the first route, and XY TELLS you it will be there. Did I mention that it breaks the difficulty of the game? And that as soon as you have both Pikachu and Noibat, you can easily search out a Light Ball?ย
I hope that they change up the Cosplay Pikachu in SunMoon and one of them knows Hex. Basically all of the costumes but Pikachu-Belle are COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY outclassed by either the ExtremeSpeed event Pikachu, Volt Tackle Pikachu, Pikachu-Belle, or Raichu. (I hope they make a steampunk one with Shift Gear...)
