HERE WE GO! obviously you can tell i'm REALLY good at drawing straight lines...so pretty straight forward, we got:
normal, fighting, flying, poison, ground, rock
bug, ghost, steel, fire, water, grass
electric, psychic, ice, dragon, dark, fairy
it actually wasn't TOO hard to pick them, it was a little tricky with some of them,(some tears over leaving some behind lol) but overall i feel confident in my choices! so enjoy!
tomorrow is a new month so you get nothing!!!

Mwahahahaa! It sounds like fun though - it must be great to pore over all your own designs and think what you like and what you used to like but now have changed tastes etc

i've thought about it, but it would require so much more work. for pokemon i can simply go onto bulbapedia and look at lists of each type, but with my fakemon i have to go through ALL of them individually, especially because i often give them weird typings lol. i would be fun, but i'm just the laziest person you've ever seen in your life...
that's a neat list! so many unexpected ones! i would never have thought weezing for you, or raikou, escavalier, etc. and yet they all seem very fitting for you. interesting.

Yeah, I loves me some Raikou! It was him or Togedemaru, but that might just be a 'oh it's new!' phase, haha. I was looking at my list and it's funny how everyone has a particular 'type' of PokΓ©mon they like. For me, I'd say a lot of my favourites are a bit weird in their designs, or strange, whereas you would go for the more 'cute' peeps. Just a stray observation I had!

yes i was thinking that same thing, i have another friend who told me his and they would all fall under the "cool" category. very interesting

I was also just thinking the other day that most Pokemon fall under one of five categories: Cool; Strange; Silly; Cute; Strong. Maybe I'm missing one, but essentially I feel like every Pokemon falls under one category or, a mix of two. So for example you have Metagross who would be strong-strange, or Bewear would be strong-cute, whereas Dugtrio would be silly (both forms!), etc..

hmm fascinating! i've never given it that much though, but yes those appear to be the only categories. it's interesting that they can define themselves like that, and most would agree on them, even though they aren't the definition of that category. like for example, blaziken. i would say it is "cool" maybe "cool/strong" but i would wager most would agree with me, but what exactly makes it that category. it just fits, you know? that's interesting

I think other categories could also fit, but they're sort of covered already. For example, 'beautiful' pokΓ©mon like Gardevoir or Florges would fall under the cute/beautiful label, and creepy ones like banette or Hypnos could fall under the strange label. It just depends on the word itself, but the same idea is there regardless.

on a bit of a side note, or backwards note, after spending the rest of the day thinking it out i have figured out my 18 favorites of each type.
now i need to draw them all >.<
