my spinda evolution
they are more aggressive then their pre-evolutions but are so confused and dizzy all the time they are often poor fighters. they have mastered many strong psychic attacks though and are able to strongly fight back with their minds.
it is normal/psychic type
it evolves from spinda after learning dizzy punch
