Description
A friend asked me to make him some Middle Eastern buildings for a modern setting. To that end here's a generic looking one which you could find wherever. I usually cover my scenery in graffiti, with this one I left it just to a bit of generic anti-war stuff and another saying "Go Sox!", but as this is to suite a generic setting I didn't want to commit to anything specific (the Sox one's a reference to the Red Socks baseball team, implying that there's Americans in the area, but if I had my way I'd be paint up full murals of Stars and Stripes on these things...).

The whole thing's made from foam with some balsa wood and plasticard. I scimped on the details a bit as this is a proof of concept piece to see if he wants me to make more ...as ah, he didn't ask for something looking this. He pretty much said he wanted cardboard boxes with holes cut into them, but well, this is as basic as I'm willing to go.

Stuck in my S.T.A.L.K.E.R. gallery for the moment unless I make more of these. Hey that's a modern setting, and well the fan novel was set in Afghanistan...
