A pair of Russian Spetsnaz (sorry, I can't remember the name of the unit).

They're made for modern games, but suit the Stalker setting (more so the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, given its more realistic armour styles).

Each is just clay over an armature, with the guns coming off of a Wargames Factory and Empress Miniatures kit. Now I would note that intentionally the proportions are different on each of these. The one on the right is the original, with everything being to scale. The one on the left is overall bulkier, and his gear is oversized, how a lot of models are sculpted. Looking at them I prefer the original model.

I'll probably make a whole squad of these at some point. As for the Stalker setting, besides using my existing Modern militia models, I may well have a go at Stalker style military at some point too (though just having a bunch of guys in British camo and AKs isn't really too difficult to do...).
