Ubiquitous in the wars of the latter 20th and early 21st centuries, this particular one's based on a similar vehicle pictured serving with Ukrainian state forces.A 32mm Toyota Hilux by Antenocitis Workshop with an armoured frame welded on and gunman on the back. Admittedly its a bit too large for 28mm, but it'll do.
