Personality: Viv is a light hearted kind person. She enjoys mostly keeping to herself and doesn't interact with others often, She sees herself as more of the loner type, She’s very hesitant to reach out and try to open up to others. She adores animals/digimon and usually chooses interacting with them over humans.

When it comes to being around others she can be quite shy and reserved, in group settings she tends to keep to herself more often than not, but once she gets to know someone she opens up and becomes quite talkative and “flirtatious” depending on the person. She can be quite hyper active and has a very cheerful interior under her grungy exterior.

Background: Vivian comes from a small rural town in the midwestern United States, a pretty quiet upbringing without a lot of stuff going on or things to do.Her parents were very busy with work and didn’t have much time to interact with her. She spent most of her time playing with toys, stuffed animals, and videogames. She had some friends from school but very few, but she would always give love and compassion to those who really needed it from her.

She would spend a lot of her time outside and enjoying nature and life. She loved to play with the forest animals and make friends with them. She would be out until dusk some nights losing track of time.

One day while playing in the woods,(she was around the age of 8 at this time) She came upon an injured creature, something she had never seen before in all her time out here, she knew the area well and had never seen such a creature, it was something out of a fairy tail, A small dragon, with what appeared to have a laceration on its tail as if it fell from a high tree or was attacked by another animal. She knew it needed her help and wasn’t afraid of it and came to its aid, she brought it home hiding it from her family and took to its wounds as best she could and gave it food and a place to sleep, as the creature healed it began to speak and play with her. They were inseparable and would be together always, she would even bring Kaidamon to school and pretend he was a stuffed animal in her bag.

Even when Viv got older into her teenage years, she would still bring Kaidamon with her everywhere. They have a relationship like a Pet and an owner, Kaidamon was very loyal to her and protective, he would do anything to keep her safe and happy, Like an emotional support animal.

While in High school Vivian was in an emotionally abusive relationship that stunted her ability to show love or compassion easily, she became very closed off and afraid to open up to others.She felt as if she had done something wrong and maybe she didn’t have as much compassion as she thought she did, she had a lot of issues with self confidence and being vulnerable, she needed time to heal.

After highschool, Viv did a lot of traveling, trying to find herself and a place to call her home, whilst also exploring the world and seeing what it has to offer.

While on this adventure, she was traveling through the pacific northwestern United States, hiking through the wilderness of northern washington with Kaidamon by her side, when she heard a terrifying screech. She had been out in the woods most of her life, and while not accustomed to this specific area, had never heard such a terrifying noise. It wasn’t a mountain lion, wolf, or a bear. As she looked behind her down the mountain she saw something that looked like a purple fox with an odd gem stone on its head, Its eyes full of rage. She felt her heart drop into her stomach as it started to run up the mountain towards her, she grabbed Kaidamon and started to run, terrified and scared for their lives. She ended up on a dead end with nowhere to go, the creature came up behind her and lunged, but as it did Kaidamon jumped out of her arms and attacked it, injuring itself protecting her. Vivian grasped the small dragon in her arms crying, she quickly ran past the fox and started running back down the mountain, “I promise I’ll get you out of here alive, I can’t bare to see you this way, I’m sorry I couldn’t protect you, I love you Kaidamon.” In that instant, Her phone was starting to glow with the Shard of love, and Kaidamon became enveloped in light, He jumped from her arms as he did he transformed into a larger dragon. “ Your compassion and love have made me stronger Vivian! You care deeply for those you love and that strength makes you more powerful than you could imagine.” She watched as her friend, now calling himself “Ryuumon” , warded off the fox creature by using an attack he called “ Arctic blaster” Firing a cold laser like attack from his mouth in front of the creature, freezing the ground creating a small creature, scaring it away.

After a long time of traveling, She found herself in Japan, where she was exploring the sights and amusement Japan had to offer. She always loved the culture and cuteness of a lot of things here.

While she was walking around enjoying the sights, she walked by someone when she noticed something peculiar, some small creature like Kaidamon sticiking out of there backpack. She rubbed her eyes for a second to see if she was dreaming, but no! Someone else like her she thought, someone who could be a friend and understand what it’s like having a digimon. She walked up to the boy and introduced herself and asked him if that was a digimon in his bag, at first he looked shocked and played it off as a stuffed animal, which she promptly opened her bag and revealed her own digimon. “It’s ok, I have one too see?”

And with that the boy told her about the Arcadium and how she should join to be a part of it.

She happily enrolled and was eager to make a difference and make new relationships.

Living situation:

Vivian and Ryuumon live in a small apartment outside the Arcadium, she felt this was the best choice given she needs her personal space and time to herself to recharge her social battery.

She is not a morning person and does not like waking up early for things, she likes to sleep in until at least noon.
Even though she seems closed off to others, she actually really enjoys the company of friends and having events with groups.
She’s the “hopeless romantic” type, not letting her experiences make her give up on finding that “one true love”, She adores cheesy romance novels and anything romance related.
She loves heavy metal head banging music, she loves going to concerts and moshing.
She loves Ryuumon so much she made a phone charm of him
She has a very edgy and dark exterior, but she loves anything cute and has a secret love for pink.

Personality: Ryuumon is like an old family dog, loyal, trusting, and would take a bullet to protect his owner. He’s been with Vivian since he was a young Kaidamon, He feels unconditional love for her after all the care she gave him when she found her. Think of a personality similar to Guilmon from digimon tamers, he just loves to play with other digimon, sleep, eat, and be by his tamers side, although as Guilmon does, Ryuumon also has a violent side and can act quite ferrell in battle.

Ryuumon grew up with Vivian in a house with cats! He learned very cat-like mannerisms and sometimes acts like a cat! He loves to sunbathe, being a loaf, rubbing up against people for pets. He's just a big old kitty on the inside!
Ryuumon is larger for a rookie, coming in at about 6”2 with his long neck, his large size can be an advantage sometimes, but it can make him quite slow.
He has wings but can only fly for a short period of time due to his large size, he can glide more than fly.
He loves sweets! Cookies, cake, ice cream you name it! He loves it.
