I might come back and tweak this one day, since once you look close you realize the one man's hand has some Elden Ring finger action going on. He's also turning purple. I assume the full purple man is the vampire and the man with normalish skin is the werewolf. Or maybe it just added that guy in the background to fulfill the "werewolf" prompt and the normalish skinned guy is just a normal person.
