Something a little different.

One of my ideas for a fakemon from an Australian/Oceania region.

Based on the Kookaburra and a straitjacket.

Kookee is the first form and has its wings tied behind it, a bit unhinged personality, slightly insane.

Burrahaha has gained freedom, but also total insanity, contstantly laughing. It uses what once restrained it as a weapon now, whipping, or binding its enemies.

I imagine only flying type could be flying/normal but theres enough of those already. Though the first form maybe shouldnt have flying as its wings are tied.

Ability maybe something akin to insomnia because its always laughing.

Stats I have no clue about, so if anyone else is interested in having a go at that go for it.
