How did you manage to flatten the arch and toes completely? The foot of the doll which I tried to flatten started meltinv eventho I had it in the lowest setting and not even that long

I tried this and for some reason my dolls feet did not want to bent completely to that angle. The toes also didn't flatten without melting lol. Tips??
