I kinda agree with Sindos about the angle.
But none the less, another great piece!

I am actually a little confused on the angle... Some parts look like from above and some are profile, side view.
Rain is almost invisible against the background. I like the scribbles, are very adhoc with the mood, but I don't understand the ones on top, they are too thin, and I don't know... feel like they don't fit there. Wish I could use texture like you did here ^^ nice touch.
And of course, it is hard to ask us to give you advice on a sad piece. Those drawings will scare us, like, if you are in a sensitive mood, we wouldn't want to make you sad
